First day: Consolation
“Do whatever he tells you” (Jn 2:1-11)
The word “consolation”.
One day, the Spirit whispered it to the Founder, to me, to many other Sisters. And that word, “consolation”, “Consolata” created a trusting, filial relationship. A relationship between two people: a word imbued with the sweetness of love, which provoked my, our, response.
The word of “Consolation” makes one grow like the spring rain that irrigates the earth and makes it sprout. Like dew it envelops the whole being. (Mother Nazarena)
Litany:
Star of our path, pray for us
Perfect icon of Christ, pray for us
All-holy, pray for us
LET US PRAY
Oh Lord Jesus Christ,
by whose inscrutable providence
every gift is conveyed to us through your mother Mary,
graciously grant that honouring her
under beloved name of Comforter,
we may enjoy her help and protection.
Who lives and reigns for ever and ever. Amen
